cmleon86Thanks @yesi_vb !! That's so sweet 😊 I just followed the weight watchers app. It took me about 6 months to do it but basically every meal was either half fruit or vegetable and the other half was whatever everyone else was eating. I also never completely eliminated a food completely, because I knew that was not realistic for me in the long run. I LOVE food especially pizza πŸ• πŸ˜‚ but most importantly, if I had a bad day, I forgave myself and moved on! That was probably the hardest part really.

yesi_vbThanks for the tips ...I was just thinking of trying to weight watchers app...I'm trying to lose myself ...been hitting the gym but my weakness is food πŸ˜… I'm such a foodie and I love to cook ....anyway, You look amazing!!!

cmleon86@yesi_vb thanks! You should try it girl, I swear by it! I know what you mean though about loving food- I would not have kept to a diet it if I couldn't eat the foods I love. I've just gotten better at planning my day so I can still enjoy whatever I'm craving in moderation. Good luck!!!
