Thanks for stopping by! I'm a mom of two boys - 5 & 19, and a fiancé’. I'm a teacher, nutritional therapist, personal trainer, and am getting back on board with wearing “real” clothes again after living in gym wear for so long! We live in a smoke-free and pet-free home. In my downtime, you can catch me outdoors (usually the park or river) or on a quick little getaway down with my loves. I love Golden Girls, conscious/healthy living, music from just about all genres, and a good ASMR video or a David Attenborough-narrated series to relax.
