jmmora07 Good afternoon, Thank you for the prompt shipping of the Apple watch Can you please go into your Apple account, iCloud and find my phone/watch app and remove it from your account and iPhone, please  We tried to connect it, but it says " Activation lock. This watch is linked to an Apple ID. Enter the Apple ID and password used to setup this watch. Account c..... at g mail dot com I think you need to go into your accounts and remove the device and iPhone also. Thanks for your help

clari0927 @jmmora07 Hi, thank you for contacting, I will need to get in contact with Apple bc I had them do a factory reset and complete erase. Before mailing it out I even checked that when turned on it was reset (showing the language choice). I am attempting to contact now, please allow me a few minutes to get a response. Thank you

jmmora07 Hi, No problem. I believe you have to go into your iPhone > settings > bluetooth > and remove it from your iPhone.

clari0927 @jmmora07 it’s not showing up on my phone but I have a history of track my iPhone; I’m clearing it now, that may be the issue of why it is still connected. So sorry!! Give me a minute to figure it out and we can check it
