Okay so to reply to someone you have to use the @ symbol and their name example for you @michgmiller once you put the @ sign and a letter posh gives you a list of people with the letter used to,pick by.. I use my cell, lap top and iPad all at once because it's easier for me not to make mistakes..

I set a goal of 3000 shares a day..mi don't always make it but I try.. You can typically share on your PC faster I average about 800 shares an hour!! You will get finger muscles lol

Pick a bright emoji and use it example 🔥❗️❣🎉✅💠🔰🚺💯♨️☢📛💟💚 all of those are bright and bring an eye to them!! Everyone has the ability to make an offer on your listing!!

jen_is_lost @michgmiller also join a share group if you have about an hour you can set aside in a day! Do it in 15 minute intervals to help you if you need to.. I use @iqclothessavvy share group.. It's a larger one about 59-85 people to share and ten from a closet.. You might want to try a smaller one @nkhob has one listed in her closet (Nalha you do one still right?) if not I have a few other posh friends I can give you that have share groups.

jen_is_lost @michgmiller I use an app called pic college it's free but I paid $0.99 to have their water mark removed to make most of my sales listings and all.. You can use their square frame and it's perfect for posh.. You have the ability to make your own pics using web images or personal images.. And save to your pics to use on posh to make a listing, lie, my sale listing I have! Or you can do something as easy as writing something cute on a chalkboard, piece of paper and use a picture of it!!

jen_is_lost @michgmiller okay look at the listing for days share group (don't start sharing them tonight!!) scroll down you will see people put their name in @jen_is_lost @jen_is_lost You are committing to click every name on that list for the day you sign up on and share however many that share group does (some are 5 some are 10) so basically you just start clicking and sharing each closet ten items each until you are finished!! That's why you might want to find a small one!!

My son is in the reserves (on active orders right now) trying to become active though. He is stationed at Keesler in Biloxi, MS. He is a crew chief and those positions are hard to get active because most people try to end their years doing it!! Tell your son thank you for his service💕💕💕

Know what you have to make also when ordering clothes keep in mind you have to add about $1-$2 an item for shipping into your cost doesn't sound lie, much but it adds up!

My best advice is start little and what I have learned don't do patterns that much (which sucks I like patterns) but they don't sale good. Also have a back up for stuff that does not sale in a certain time period. I purchased a vendors license also so I can do local events.

Some you have to do a financial statement (3 sites I am on). That's tedious and a big pain just to find out I can get the same brands cheaper through a previous vendor!

Sold them for $42 now do the math, it's not a lot of $ but it was my first purchases and I've learned. you have to see what you need to make per item most people say 3 times what you paid.., HA I HAVEN'T SEEN THAT ON POSH! I look for volume sales that's the key!!

Or lots of poshers act like a resale shop and sale on commission 30-40% of what they sell it for goes to the friends.. Now you have no money invested and you make money!! That's the best way to start a posh business. I still have friends who drop of clothes to me!! I'm back logged on adding their stuff

I'm looking to make at least $8 per item for my time and all. That's not including tissue paper and tape she brings it to me! I told her that she needed to pay for that upfront. All items except a few are NWT and came from Nordstrom she's a good friend. And if all sell I will make a couple hundred.

Not from outlet!! They also send you gift cards a few times a year for $50. That's where I get my Tory Burch items not an outlet!! I still have money in them but the majority of people can't get it for the price I do. They call you and personal shoppers give you better deals too!!

I did Michael Kors and a few Kate spades last year. Most I made $20 on. Not worth the money invested!! They take longer to sell. Money is tied up to long and you might make better use of your money elsewhere just my two cents!! My Kate spade stuff I have are personal purchases, I didn't use. I've learned to quit buying purses for myself!!

Take $100 investment and buy pieces that stick out as a quick sell!! Watch that $100 grow into $1000 in months! Because at average you can spend $1 to $10 on great pieces Be Picky!! And turn around and sell it for $20-$35 easily!! Example two sweaters I bought at a estate sell $5 a piece sold the same day for $25 each!!

jen_is_lost @mimatwo6 hey first off I 💕 Poshmark!! Okay so best advice no one ever gave me. Go to a trade show!! Buy nothing!! Look at quality of items, see if most of their products are see through or made poorly! Never order from them! Okay it's that easy!! Seriously it's the best advice. When I started I sent back so much stuff it was crazy and you only have three days from when it hits your door and you have to call them.At the trade show make a relationship with people you might use!

jen_is_lost @mimatwo6 and the other best advice I can give is try not to spend a lot on an item. Think what you are willing to purchase an item, what posh takes out and what you make. Also remember to include an extra $1-$2 for each item depending on how they ship it into cost or you will loose money (you normally get stuff ups and it's $30-$60 shipping. Oh and if you order a lot at once call them and talk about 10% off! Almost any order over $1k should do this for shipping

See how it goes invest $500 and try it! Be careful who you buy your stuff through and know you only have 3 days to return if it's not what you expected.. For some reason lots of vendors have thin material a pet peeve of mine

jen_is_lost @kakchat1 I have actually been keeping an excel document on items sold and profit margins to see how they are doing!! It's easy to see what is selling. Look at each brand and look at availability and then change it to sold! Tea collection and moon seems to be doing good and low margins is April but I am watching for a few more weeks.. Also get your business license!! You can always sign up at the direct sites to purchase! I'm a number cruncher! Key is to get it before everyone else!

This turned out to be my best purchase on posh ever! I have been disappointed a few times. I had started to buy retail but the things I bought when they came were very cheap. I go not to order but to look at the quality and thickness of their products!! I take the list and cross out all the crappy stuff.. Then I also have to cross out all the too expensive.. And I go from there!! It's hard because almost 80% is thin material which is a pet peeve..

Get your business license and tax id through the irs... That is all you need.. Go and look.. Do not order anything, get their contact information and call to order, volume orders gets discounts..

jen_is_lost @angelbritton most you have to sign up for in advance and they require you to produce at least two or three invoices of recent purchases. I just bought some jewelry in a few orders to cover that through those sites I gave you! Or take the twenty minutes to sign up when you get there but have all the info! You need to do a google search on all the shows put summer and fall in the search and you should get it or the local convention centers etc and look at their line up

Heck I just sold some shoes that still sell for $69 in the stores for $28. I could do that because of how much I had in them! Other items I have more in and can't budge on the price that much.. I think as long as u put reasonable offers welcomed price it as you feel.

I have lived in lots of places, Alabama, Virginia beach, Florida, Kentucky, Florida again👍🏼. I am not moving back out of Florida ever again!! You just can't get a better place to live than here..if you move look for an area that is mainly retirees!! My area is 70% retired people, no crime no anything... Local paper has stories about war veterans!! I love it

But I have two great friends who calls me anytime they know she is going down the wrong path and I call her and confront her and she comes clean.. Took a while on the sex admittance though 😂! It's easy pay for her helping me do my shares!! I would say she shares for me probably 4 hours a day, I call her and ask and she tells me what she wants pulls it out of my inventory and sends me a text. I box it up and either mail it to her or she gets it when she comes down.

snokitti_31 @vickag24 I basically use my "likes" as a daily share list. If I come across a unique item I love, or I will put a few items on it by liking the items from my PFFs and so when I go to my likes in the app, I can share all my likes and it will give exposure to those closets. I do buy periodically but if I like something that I might buy I don't share because I might buy 😉 hope that helps to clarify.

triciatx @jen_is_lost Can I ask you a question? I really need help talking to a "real" person that is important at Poshmark. I have had a customer harassing me. After cyber bulling me on here and I blocked her, she actually spent money outside of the app and sent something to my home address. This was super disturbing and scary. I reported it and still no "real" response. This happened 12/22. Any advice on someone at Poshmark I can speak with directly? Thanks~ Tricia ❤️

jen_is_lost @triciatx hey oh my I'm so sorry that happened. First how did this person get your address and was there anything disturbing in the package. Okay here is why it's federal offense when mail is involved. If you feel like you are in danger contact the cops show them your proof and get a restraining order. Piece of paper won't help you but for court purposes incase you need it. Send in pics to support and all.

triciatx @jen_is_lost I sent a notarized cease & desist letter her & my local chief of police. Sadly, the police know me well. I was kidnapped & almost murdered a year ago. I am now disabled & have PTSD. I can't handle any type of boundary crossing behavior. I don't like disclosing this type of info. on here, but it's important in this situation. PM just e-mailed me again assuring me that I am speaking with the right person. I am still not satisfied. I really appreciate your help. ❤️

triciatx @jen_is_lost The person purchased from me then used my return address to harass/intimidate me after I blocked them for cyber bullying me. They spent their own money to contact me via USPS instead of using Posh. This happened 12/22. The stress put me in the ER with heart complications on 12/26. 😟

jen_is_lost @amyday8 I started by wearing some clothes, getting "cute top" etc handing out business cards. Hosting local shop parties, etc. depending where you are try setting up at a local farmers market, small functions that allows vendors etc..
