Hermès Vintage Shirtdress

100% silk vintage shirtdress. Button front with same tone original buttons. Pleating and gathering at front and center back. The primary color is a sage green with brown and cream print detail. Size is vintage Euro 38. I would place it at a US 0/2, possibly a 4, but see measurements for specifics. This item is very delicate but it has been kept great pre-loved condition. Professionally cleaned only. I do not know the origin, purchased in a vintage store in Paris. Have been told it might be from late 1970’s early 80’s based on the design.
