Hereu roqueta slingback t-bar loafer sz 39

Super cool slingback loafer from Spanish brand, Hereu. Sad to give these up but they just don’t fit quite right on my feet. Probably only worn a handful of times. Upper is in great condition. One tiny nick to the leather on the insole of the right shoe (see pictures). Soles show surface level scuffing/wear, but are still in very good condition. TTS - could fit an 8 or 8.5.
