Herend Spring Printemps Double Inkwell

An exquisite double inkwell by Herend of Hungary in the lush Printemps (Springtime) pattern. The ink stand is made of finest porcelain in five parts, with the stand itself, two removal inkwells, and two covers for the little pots with rose finials. The little pot covers are often lost, and it is hard to find this inkstand in mint / complete condition! The stand is ornamented with a bouquet of meticulously modeled spring flowers hand painted in bright jewel tones. The railing of the stand and the holders of the inkwells are pierced and outlined in 24K gold. Marked on the base with the Herend of Hungary backstamp, and handpainted with the model and pattern #7802/BT. Size: 4-1/2" long x 2-7/8" high Condition: Mint.
