Herbert Hoover Presidential Spoon Ring

Size 8. Very hard to photograph the details of this Presidential spoon ring. The ring captures Hoovers portrait as well as the full name. Herbert Hoover is stamped on the band. Inside you can see IS stamp for International Silver. This is likely silver plate and not sterling. It polishes well.
