Herb‎ Ritz

Two volume hardcover photography book set by Herb Ritts, published by Twin Palms Publishers. Both volumes are hand signed by Herb Ritts in gold marker and dated 1990. One volume is additionally inscribed by Ritts to the original owner, indicating the books were signed personally. This is not a bookplate or printed signature. Original black cloth slipcase with gold lettering included. Oversized, museum-quality art books featuring Ritts' iconic black and white fashion and portrait photography. A scarce complete set with both volumes signed, which is uncommon for this title. Signatures are consistent with known examples from the period. Books and slipcase are in good pre-owned condition with light, normal wear consistent with age. No loose pages. Please review photos carefully for condition details. A desirable signed photography set from one of the most influential photographers of the late 20th century.
