@shoppingmia hi! there are no scratches or discoloration except for a little bit of a mark near the inside of one of the shoulder straps, if you’d like I can send you a picture of it or more pictures of the backpack.... I’ve worn this bag maybe twice total so it’s in almost pristine condition (:
