Hemingray Aqua #42 Glass Insulator

Hemingray #42 glass insulator, a common type of insulator used on telegraph and power lines in the early to mid-20th century.  These insulators were produced in large quantities by the Hemingray Glass Company, which was a world leader in glass insulator manufacturing by 1900. Made in the USA Tiny chip on the top, and one of the round drip points on the bottom is missing - see pictures.
