Hemant and Nandita layer mini dress with tassels

Super cute dress! It features a mixed print outer layer that is sheer and layered to create a flowy tiered look. The neckline is has v neckline with tassels hanging down. The tassels have shells in with the fabric. Also at the neckline are small beads in the colors of the dress. The dress is fully lined. Perfect to wear in the spring and summer. Wear it on vacation as resort wear, or at the beach. Wear it as a swimsuit cover up or wear it as a mini dress. This would also be cute at a party or event. EUC.
