Hem & Thread Drop Waist Tank Dress - SZ L

Navy and white striped tank style top/body with an attached mini pleat, navy blue skirt bottom. Bottom is also lined. Measurements taken flat: shoulder to hem 37.5” and Pit to pit 16”. 95% Rayon and 5% Span (assuming spandex since it has a bit of stretch). Skirt is 100% polyester. Tag recommends hand wash. Very gently used - worn 1-2 times only. Fun summer dress that works for July 4th celebrations as well!
