Helmut Lang sheer ruched black tank top

Front made from sheer fabric, feels like silk, rayon, or synthetic, not stretchy. (bought second hand and the composition/care label had been removed.) Back panel made from a light stretchy jersey, maybe cotton. Sheer and unlined. Size listed as "P", fits like an extra small. I bought second hand but only wore once. Length: 26” (from shoulder seam, hem is a bit asymmetrical) Chest 17” (flat from bottom of arm opening, sheer front fabric is not stretchy, back panel jersey fabric is)
