Helmut Lang branded designer tank top/sleeveless top in 100% Lamb Leather front fabrication, embossed python snake/scale textured leather, rounded neckline, side slits, lined, thicker material (leather is a little on the stiff side), back zipper closure, slightly boxier fit. *size tag has been removed, best guess based on measurements is a size small. Good pre-owned condition- some signs of wear in the leather, mostly on the edges. Please see photos.
