@jenzan They are not. According to Helly Hansen, they rate 1/6 for waterproofness: 1: Quick dry - The material doesn't have any membrane or DWR treatment

@annergy Yes. They have a little stretch, too. I think they are good for size 6 to a small 10, but best for size 8. They are midrise.
