All items are packed with care. Unwrapping is part of the experience! While I do examine each piece, I am human! I do inspect items again before shipping. On the off chance I come upon a missed flaw, I’ll always reach out before sending & do whatever I can to try & remedy the situation. I never cancel an order without attempting to contact you first.
