melijeane@notbergdorfs @notbergdorfs hey there🤗 when they share an item, it's just a way to show it to you and see if your interested.. there's an option to skip the item. It's a really neat feature.. to share an item with someone that you think may like from your closet, go to their closet, and on the top right corner of the pg will be a hanger, click on the hanger and on the top click on the arrow and select share from my closet😊💕 hope this helps..

melijeane@notbergdorfs hi there🤗 oh yes, I've had this happen to me before, and I let the buyer know and she updated her info right away... but in this case I would not ship yet. Try and message the buyer, and if they don't respond within a timely matter, I would cancel the order.
