Hello Kitty Rhinestone Hair Clip Set. Comes with 4 Clips Total. New and Sealed. One flaw, as seen in the photos, is the bottom left side of the packaging is torn. Unfortunately that happened while the hair clips were in storage. The tear did not affect the clips, but please just be aware of this minor flaw.
