rosemariefI’m just sick and mortified that your items were not dry cleaned before shipping. I frequently ask my daughter to do this for me as I’ve got so many things going on right now. My husband smokes. From now on I’ll make the time to do all the dry cleaning and packaging myself. So sorry this happened to you.
