Brand new solid white gold conch ring with carrying case. Never worn - I bought it and couldn't return it, but discovered it's a bit too small for my ear anatomy and I need a 12mm ring instead. Apparently my conch diameter is larger than average and 11mm fits most, but don't make the same mistake as me and make sure you know your measurements before ordering! Any piercer should be able to measure and let you know the right ring size for you; I went in and it took 5 minutes. Or compare it to jewelry you already have.
