It is called “harmony of color“. From my collection original retail $240. Excellent condition, no missing crystals. Like new. Smoke and fragrance free. This would be a size S/M in Heidi sizing. The inside circumference is 7 inches, and exterior is 9 inches. I think it runs small. It is not a clamper bracelet. It has a latch. Depth of color depends upon lighting.
