Heide Ost blue/black striped vest/top in taffeta memory fabric , size small

HEIDE OST (Germany) vest/top with unusual neckline, and slightly asymmetrical front zipper hidden under placket. Tucks and seaming give shape to waist. The fine narrow horizontal stripes are black and blue, but the overall color is dark sapphire blue - very Euro chic! Can be worn alone, or layered, lagenlook style. The fabric is a blend of 70% cotton and 30% polyester, and feels like taffeta, sometimes known as "memory fabric". It doesn't crease or wrinkle, so good for traveling, and has a slight sheen, so can also be styled to look dressy. Machine wash or dry clean. Pre-owned but in excellent condition, worn maybe once or twice. No flaws, defects or stains, and from a smoke free home.
