Heide Ost blue/black striped jacket in taffeta memory fabric, size small

HEIDE OST (Germany) fitted jacket/blazer with four button closure and notched collar (easily stays "popped up" if needed due to structure of fabric). Tucks and seams give shape to waist. Two functional flap pockets below waist, two flap faux pockets on chest. The tiny narrow horizontal stripes are black and blue, but the overall color is sapphire blue. Very Euro chic! The fabric is a blend of 70% cotton and 30% polyester, and feels like taffeta, sometimes known as "memory fabric". Doesn't crease or wrinkle, so good for traveling. Machine wash or dry clean. Pre-owned but in excellent condition, hardly worn. No defects, flaws or stains, and from a smoke free home.
