Heide Ost Skirt Jacket Set Pleated Maxi Women Medium Black Designer

Skirt and jacket set. Pencil fit maxi skirt with flared hem. Pleating detail on both sides of the skirt. There is a round large snap at the back of the skirt waist and I am not sure if this is a design aspect or if it is functional. Double notched collared jacket with flap details at the waist. Skirt is made with "deconstructed" pleats on the outside. VERY cool set and both are in good condition. Could be made in Germany and I can't translate the content (see photos).
