Do these come with the bottom covers in the tool?

@cheetahteesh hello! Sorry for the late response. I haven’t been keeping up with my closet lately. These didn’t come with bottom covers when we bought them off of the Heely site. There may be a tool that assists with changing out the wheels if I am remembering correctly.
