Heavy metal necklace pendant porcelain doll face w rhinestones 4”

This is a large, heavy pendant, that looks like a big metal spoon. In the spoon is a little porcelain doll face embellished with rhinestones. In the spoon, it says avec amor. It has a couple of glass crystals hanging on the bottom. It is about 4 inches long. New, never used.
