Heavy Silver Plate? Native American Bear Bead...Thingy

This is a really interesting item. Vintage for sure, it is what appears to be silver plate over a heavier metal that is somewhat magnetic. The stamping is clear and well done. Unsigned, this has a hole through the belly so I'm assuming this is some kind of large, heavy bead or to be used as a pendant. Gorgeous shine with typical patina for anything silver plate or otherwise.
