Heavy Duty 360 Swivel Dog Tie Out

I purchased this Heavy Duty Tie Out that swivels for a non-profit but Amazon sent it to me. I couldn’t find the Facebook post again and I have no need for this or the tie out cable I have available in my closet. I am hoping someone can use it for their big dog while they are out having a fun time!
