Heather gray off the shoulder boutique top or mini dress comfy cute ruffle bow

This heathered gray top or mini dress is SO COMFY and I love the cold shoulder, ruffled shoulder details that cinch into a bow. It's a size large but could probably fit other sizes too (medium and maybe XL too) since it's so stretchy and flowy. My weight fluctuates so I always buy those sorts of stretchy fabrics.
