This is a beautiful dress from the company Hearts and Found. They make custom dresses. you choose the pattern and the fabric and give them your measurements (or choose a size already set by them). Cinderella blue eyelette cotton fabric, lined, and has pockets. I have had many dresses and skirts from them over the years, but this one no longer fits me :( Still in excellent condition and so pretty. a lovely cottagecore spring and summer vibe. Marked as their size small, but closer to a standard XS. waist: 12.5" across (but I wore it with a 26" waist) underbust: 14" across waist to hem: 23" elastic around the top. the last photo is me wearing it with a bodice I made.
