Hearts & Roses Swing Dress

Hearts and Roses swing dress with attached front bow at bust, puffed sleeves, and gathering at back neck for a perfect fit. Unfortunately, I've misplaced the ribbon belt, so it will be shipped without. Excellent condition except a slight bleed of the black dye (see pic). Hardly noticeable unless you're looking for it.
