Hearts & Roses London Bianca Halter Dress red rose print rockabilly 6

this is an adorable halter dress from hearts and roses London. This has a rockabilly feeling with a full skirt with some netting that peeks out. there is a wide red waistband and a side entry zipper. There are a couple of red streaks on the fabric that I don’t know if they belong or not so I am showing them. They don’t appear to be spots, but they don’t also appear to be part of the fabric. I’m just a little confused, they don’t stand out particularly, machine washable.
