I noticed coffee stains on the tag. Is this used?

No, it was brand new and unused, but it did have small imperfections on the tag. I am a lazy Keurig girl :o)
Anyway, this was a copied listing as I sold the original awhile back. I am going to update the pictures tonight. Also brand new. I remove the glass cone from the original plastic/styrofoam as it is easier the protect during shipping if it is placed inside its own little box within the box - away from the base.
