Heart skirt

Selling this adorable white skirt with black hearts. I only wore it once for a photo shoot. Bought it in a boutique in Philadephia. It is fluffy like a poodle skirt. The only thing to point out is its not made well as one side is slightly longer than the other but you can hardly notice when it’s on.
