Hazel Blues Boutique Maxi Dress

Beautiful blue and white design maxi dress. This is listed as a 5X on the tag but would be snug on a true 5X. I am a size 22 and normally in a 3X and it fits true to size. It does stretch so could fit up to a 4X. There is a 1/2 inch matching fabric belt that slides through the loops on the dress to cinch the waist. There are slits on both sides of the dress (listed in pictures). The best feature of this dress are the bell sleeves. It gives it a flowy bohemian feel.
