Hawaiian print halter dress size 3

Fun halter dress by “City Studio” size 3. This dress is made of a thicker stretchy fabric that hides any imperfections and does not require you to wear a bra. It has shoulder straps and a tie around the neck you can wear both or one or the other. The print is so cute. It hits a little below mid thigh on me, I’m 5’4”. This dress was purchased in a surf shop in VA Beach in 1999 the straps are slightly dingy as expected with a vintage piece. I have not tried to whiten them but it’s a possibility. I wore this dress to several night parties at the beach paired with flip flops but also wore casually with sneakers.
