Reposhing this item I purchased from @chrisp300. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. "One Size" but a little too small for me. - Smocked, stretchy Hawaiian print dress - Red tropical flowers on a cream background Label says One Size. Unstretched, elastic smocking measures 10" would comfortably fit XS/S bust. Universal design can be worn as a dress, skirt or even a little girl's maxi dress. Open to offers!
