Hawaiian Necklace and Bracelet Made of Kukui Nuts

Handmade necklace and bracelet made in the Philippines of kukui nuts from the trees grown in Hawaii. Hawaiians, known for their respect for ancient traditions, wear these necklaces as a symbol of love and respect. The necklace, a deep brown that appears to be black, is 37" in length and is strung and knotted with black grosgrain ribbon. The bracelet, strung with elastic cord to fit all size wrists, is dark brown but a lighter shade than the necklace. The kukui nuts are beautiful in shape and laquered to a high gloss.
