Here is a new Hawaiian dress by CC Fashions. Perfect for that tropical cruise or Hawaiian Luau. The cap sleeves have four rows of gathered ruffles. They can be worn off the shoulders or upon the shoulders. The bottom portion of the dress flairs out slightly and has a 4" gathered ruffle hemline. Dress color is two-toned red with prints of the Laua'e leaf and Plumeria flowers. Dress size is 13/14 = L/XL. Fabric is 65% Polyester and 35% Cotton. With garment laying flat neckline to hemline is 49" long. Backline to hemline is 49" long and has an 17" zipper. Bustline is 21". Armpit to armpit is 20.5". Waistline side to side is 18.5".
