Pretty Haviland Limoges French porcelain plate featuring multicolored flowers nestled in lush greenery and elegantly framed with a radiant gold beaded border. It was hand-painted and signed on the back by the remarkably talented artist, Dearbaugh*. HALLMARK: Haviland Limoges hallmark #12 1894-1931 *Mrs. Dearbaugh maintained a Ceramic Arts studio in Piqua Ohio (about 50 miles north of Dayton).
