This skirt is gorgeous. 💯 silk, so no stretch. It’s fully lined w a polyester slip. From hem has a fabulous cut. Shorter at 21” and longest is 25”. Waist measures about 14.5, hips about 17. The size and fabric tag have been removed, but I have researched this skirt to confirm the material. Definitely best to go by the measurements.
