Haute Monde button down tie white wrap skirt

Brand new haute monde size large button front wrap tie skirt. Comes with tag and has never been worn. I did wash it to get out a faint blue stain on the front which came out. Perfect for fall or a white snowy winter look! Great transition piece into spring and summer as well. See photos for measurements
