Worn once in perfect condition. Haute couture gown from Lebanese designer Fouad Sarkis. Slight alterations have been made. Short sleeves added, and heavy underskirt has been removed making it easier to walk in. But none of that takes away from the wow factor. Size 4. 2nd photo is to show the sleeves added.
