She wasn’t able to return it due to it being over 30 days. We are now asking for samples before we buy so we both don’t buy the wrong shade or exchange before the 30 days. P.S. I do make sure all my items that I sell are shipped and packaged with TLC but mostly with CARE. Please don’t judge me but I do package all my selling items in recycled materials.
