Hattitude Cloche Hat Artsy Blue Fabric & Velvet Beaded Detail Made in NYC 54 cm

Darling and artsy fabric cloche hat made in New York by Hattitude. This is mixed navy blue fabric with a velvet band. This has delicate beaded detail on the top of the crown and bottom side of the brim, and is fully lined. Some of the beads are missing or have lost the color on them but it does not impact the overall appearance. There's a little discoloration on the inside which can probably be cleaned easily.
