@shimpie I would say new without tags. Don’t see any wear or blemishes. If it was ever wore it must have been brief. It still has new clothes smell. I added new pictures. If you need anything else please ask. While I am seller, I’m also so a buyer so I like to know what I’m getting to. Thanks for the question.
