Hasbro's The Incredible Hulk and Captain America 12" Action Figures 2015

I can't find a lot of information about why these guys look robotic, just the Hulk one on a couple of E-bay listings, and Iron Man on several, no Captain America. So maybe you'll be the only one with him! ;) I'm pricing these much lower than the ones I was able to find. Don't know the point of their chests opening up, but I don't have a lot of Marvel Comic knowledge. Hopefully these will be treasures to someone. They were my nephew's. I don't see any damage, maybe scuffed up a bit.
