NWT this is a wonderful collaboration of Harveys seatbelt, and the artwork of the artist Shag. A Harveys bag, with Shag's original design (he's actually one of the patrons sitting at the bar) of Trader Sam’s Grotto in Disneyland. It was designed for Disney Parks and made by Harveys. I bought it at Disneyland and never used it. Smoke fee / Pet free home. Size is (approximately) It's tapered so it's 11"long on bottom and almost 14" long on top, 11"high and 4" deep
