Harve Bernard Summer Floral Raincoat size 14

Vintage colorful floral rain jacket with button-up front. Features pink, green, and blue flowers on a white base. Absolutely stunning and different! I purchased this coat with hopes it would work. Raincoat is a little too small in the chest for me. It’s a beautiful piece and hope it will go to someone awesome taste 🥰 Raincoat is vintage NWT. There are a couple of tiny dark dirt marks. I’m pretty sure they will come out in the wash. See last two pictures for dirt marks on sleeve and bottom front.
